Hi, I saw your message, and your problem has the same characteristics as mine. I have just 22 years old, and I’m pretty sure I’m having enough time to sleep. I usually spleep 8 or more hours, but I’m still felling drowsy, and I kind o fatique during the day, especially when I’m in class. Researches say that it could effect learning and memory as well.
I started to read something that could help me out, and I still trying to get as much information as I could to fell better during the day. Just people who suffer of the problem know how bad is it.
