Nothing too special, really. I am a type 1 diabetic, so can’t do just the meat and veggies thing a lot of people try. I don’t think that method works well anyway. Basically, I eat meats, veggies, potatoes, legumes, yams, sweet potatoes, organic corn products, fruit, tofu, oils and butter, unsweetened soy milk, some seeds, and I do raw juicing (mostly veggies with a little fruit.
