By broad fasting I mean that my fasting will include many different types of what is referred to as fasting in some circles. Other circles would not think of calling anything, other than water only, a fast. Some days I will be doing a strict water-only fast. Some days I will be doing a juice, coconut water, broth, coconut oil, or clay fast. Some days I may eat just fruit or fruit with greens etc., kind of like what is called the Daniel fast. I would love to do forty days of water only, but I doubt I would make it through that. Broad fasting makes 120 days a realistic goal.
