find a non harmful way to express urself.. i find dance is very helpful for dealing with stuff, bcos in ballet, or tap, or jazz, or lyrical etc, u have to concentrate all ur mind on what ur doing and u dont rlly have time to let ur mind dwell on other things, rlly any kind of ...
