Can Impetigo spread from person to person.
My son has Acne and has been in the company of someone who has Impetigo. He has now broken out with pustules that have burst and have crusted over, even his Acne is doing the same.
I believe the infection is caused by the bacteria affecting the inner layer of the skin and with my son having open spots from his Acne could the bacteria have entered this way?
Hope someone can help
