Most Keto eaters do not understand the Keto diet and this most likely applies to Dr Berg too. High protein animal based keto diets are basically starvation diets with the wrong type of foods. You may feel better in the short term, but long term it is a very high hazard to human health. According to John Rose and his kind, water fasting or fresh juice fasting is much more effective type of fast that will alleviate many health conditions and give a clearer state of mind, understanding bio-photons is the center of it all.
