I get a tub Holland and barrett vitamin C powder and add up to half the amount of sodium bicarb to it. You can buy the H&B stuff online. Their coconut oil is good too and sometimes they sell it discounted. Coconut oil is good for the thyroid too.
Selenomethionine I get from Foryourhealth.co.uk, best I've found in the UK so far unless anyone knows better.
