I have been doing the Lugol's (12 horizontal drops with 2 vertical...they are the 'drip' left :D) in the evening and 3 tablets of the Iodoral in the AM (easier if I am running late for work, pills as opposed to liquid). OH and Iodoral does not have a taste...well, past few days a small taste :D. Been just about 2 weeks of doing them both. (Started with 2 tablets and 6 drops)
