Hi everyone. I've found that I am a vata body type and would like to start eating for my body type. I am underweight and have always had problems with anxiety and was hoping ayurveda would help. The only problem is I am not sure on what foods I should eat. All I could learn from websites is that I should eat oatmeal. The rest of the info I got was just food that I should NOT eat. My question is are there any websites out there that can tell me what food to eat?? thanks!
