hi,

This is a common problem and it can be easily controlled. Whenever, you wish to eat something you eat vegetables salad, fruits, fresh fruit juice, soups. All are very nutritious and free from fat. Avoid junk food. The best way to control your excess eating habit is to drink lots of water daily. Look for some good health site to make your proper diet chart. http://www.healthvitaminsguide.com
