Try both the diet and the enemas. Any food you eat that you cant digest causes harm Also I am convinced there are different kinds of UC outthere. Some foods that work ok for some folks hurt others. I have know people who could eat nuts for example and others who could not. I for example cannot deal with gluetin since my UC diagnosis, but I can do Dairy, but not raw milk.
