Sorry its taken so long to get back to you. I got the book on Amazon.com. Please read it carefully and be careful about what you eat. There are tons of foods that are incorrectly labelled with glucose syrup and other kinds of syrup. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup. It's the real killer!!!!!
