The same amount of distilled water (1.5 tbs.) is used for all vitamin E amounts used.This reaches the entire length of the colon.
I have not had any bad side effects nor has any been reported using the enema.I can only give my experience,no previous colon cleaning.
The vit.E and water is a mixture which is sucked up by the syringe.
The water carries the vitamin E throughout the colon.The vit.E will not dissolve in water.The enema is used once a day until the colon is healed.The diet must be kept all the time the enema is used.After your colon is healed,you can try different foods.The length of time depends on your colon condition.At least 3 months.
Afterwords,no medications or enemas are necessary.Most questions
