Sheldon, Hello. I read your story and about the vitamin E enema. I have tried vit. E before in a syringe. I will try it again the way you explain it. It is a different way than I have used it. I am very interested in this. I have been diagnosed with UC. I am on the Elaine Gottschal diet. I has helped me over the last 5 years. But I have been having flare ups and am back on medication. I do not like to take meds. Since my inflamation is in the lower end I think the vit. E may be helpful. I have formed BM's. But I battle with bleeding.

The diet you are on interests me because you eat rice and potatoes. Sugar too. I wish I could eat these foods again.

Tell me more about the diet. Did the SCD not work for you? I am so glad I checked out this web site. Thanks for the info thus far.
