Hey Grog,
For what its worth have you considered a biopsy or the Fibrospect test to see what if any liver damage you do have? Knowing that you have both HCVand work in an industry which exposes you to solvents would seem to me to warrant closer surveliance of your liver.

I have a friend who is a 5 year transplant survivor. Her enzymes were always a little elevated and after awhile they went to normal or near normal. The docs told her she was doing fine but 30 days later she was in the ER with a varices bleedout...almost died. Found out the reasons she had normal enzymes is that her liver was so damaged there was not enoubh liver cells left to give her high LFT's. Moral of story: Be careful and perhaps use one of the non-invasive bloodtests to evaluate your liver damage.
