If you are doing great, then who can argue against that?

In terms of the mega-dosing of vitamin C found in animals I cannot even formulate a reply. Looks like I have some more reading to do. The only thing I wonder about is why is there a functinal difference in humans? I wonder if that question has ever been answered, or if a theory has ever been proposed.

Of course, I would always balance out such a load of ascorbic acid with the minerals-- but you must already be doing that to have tolerated such a load for such a period of time.

Someone also e-mailed me a link about Gary Null and his experiences with Vitamin C IV therapy. Gary Null purposefully got his T-Cell count to as low as possible to reflect a very ill person. (he did this by running many, many marathons) Then he gave himself Vitamin C IV drips and quickly restored his T-Cell count.

Null did buffer his Vitamin C with other nutrients, but the link did not say which ones.

I would say that my experience in this area comes mostly with B-Vitamins. I've experienced many B-injections before and they just didn't do the trick. I also experienced dozens of synthetic B formulas. I recently discovered that a very small amount of a natural source fully methylated B-vitamin in a nanized form (digested by bacteria) has been the most amazing B-vitamin in my life. I have able to fully restore my adrenal function, reverse grey hair, greatly increase my energy ect.

The amount in the natural form of the B-vitamin I used was much, much less than the injectable synthetic, but the response was far stronger, without the negative side effects.

Can I draw any conclusions about my vitamin C from my B-vitamin experience?

I would be interested to see if a smaller amount of natural whole food vitamin C would do the work of a large amount of synthetic. Admittedly, it would be more expensive (unless one used the pine needle tea), but the results would be interesting to observe.

I have seen the clinical results of some doctors who use just the natural form of vitamin C-- and many of these docs get good results-- even at only 1000 mg a day of the whole food vitamin C.

However, I cannot argue your own experience. It definitely gives me something to read about-- and that is why I love the process of debate. I have never opposed the use of synthetic in those that are acutely ill. When people are dying are close to it they need a strong kick in the pants.
