I eat organic food bars...has 20 grams of suar but its not refined sugar. Its from dates. 310 cal a bar, and I spread the almond butter on the bar. Or almond butter on sourdoheugh is a good idea too. The only thing is that their both expensive. The food bar is like 2 dollare each and I eat 2 at a time and the almond butter is 8 dollars.
