I have the same problem. I have been on leave from my job since Feb. mostly because of the fatigue, but I walk all day on my job and with this diet I was losing weight. If you burn more calories than you take in everyday I knew the weight would continue to come off until I'd end up in the hospital or something, so until my health is back I'm staying home.
I've noticed the one thing that has not really put weight on me but has helped me maintain is I eat a lot of almond butter and cashew butter on yeast free waffles. I've lost 10 pounds and I was slim to begin with also.
