In my case, my bones have started to be affected by the deficiency of calcium due to the absence of mag. My mag-fizz mentions it has the quantity of a one day supplement. And I take it daily. Well, I forgot to take it yesterday, but I've taken it daily for the past 3 weeks.
What Shelley is getting at is that if you have one of these salts in excess, it usually interferes in the assimiltaion of another one. So I guess I should start taking mag every second day now!
