I was referring to the free test where you put your first
morning spit into a glass of water and see what happens. If
your candida is under control, the spit should remain floating
on top of the water for a good while. If it develops legs
and starts to dangle down into the water eventually settling
on the bottom, you have a candida problem. Or so the theory
