Help?! What are these?

Hi I’d like some help identifying what this is. I’ve taken herbal parasites cleanse (IntenstinalPro) for about 10 days with alternating day of garlic enemas. I’ve also taken combatrin and I keep expelling these whether through enema or bowl movements. Been fighting this systematically for about a year and a half and just when I think they’re gone they come back. I just recently started having regular on my own bowel movements which is awesome but I’m still getting these. Today I did a H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) enema and There were several of these but these were the ones I caught for pictures. I feel moist in my anus, and my nose has been itchy excessively.
