Re: Could true hunger even be possible now with this much fat?
Hi, I am going to hazard a guess that what you are feeling as mild hunger now and then, is actually being triggered by the release of cellular substances, or certain stuff being re-activated into its food self, so to speak. This might not sound scientific, but the gist of it is, that as you work through layers you contact cellular 'memory' , though it may or may not combine with actual vivid and precise memories of specific foods.
However, some people really will 'taste' again, certain foods that they might have eaten in the past. experience is as varied as there are people who fast.
Given your fat stores, I would be watchful that you do not start to feel too much toxic dumping. Fat can be a good place for th body to sequester toxins... and emotions as well..
in short, about hunger, you might be low in mineral reserves, depending on how you have eaten in the past-- on how nutrient-dense your food was.
Very few people, even quite slim ones, ever actually experience " true hunger"...that sensation on the throats and mouth.
Most often, one gets bored, perhaps misses chewing... feels " empty" or begins to want to feel connected more to the ordinary 3-D world, ( this is a big issue, and nothing I would ever suggest is not hard for people), and then one breaks the fast, long before true hunger, and that re-set happens.
