Re: inspiring! i really like what he says about...

...eating, about getting back to eating, once people have done this ten-dayprocess. ( this would apply very much to water fasters).i think it might be in another of his videos--perhaps the one on post-process, and how to reintroduce food.

He makes a great point about the fact that we are all "breatharians", and that when you reintroduce food, you can best do it with the knowledge that you Will Never Get The Signal That You Are Full.
this is golden knowledge, it seems to me.
precious. this way, you can let go of the falsehood that you need to keep eating, to regain something you feel you have lost: that is old paradigm thinking.

that signal of being full is not applicable, you could say. but your perception and senses are highly sharpened, changed utterly-- if you want, forever! or, as he says, you can just keep the knowledge of how that is, as you keep the knowledge of how to ride a bike...

The thing is, after a good transition out of the eating-to-live paradigm, you can be free to do with food what it once did for us, long ago. which was to be enjoyable, a taste experience. like, imagine one chocolate. and that being enough. I suppose many will scoff at this "long ago" idea, but maybe some reading this can be open to imagining that we once did use prana and our own inner being to sustain us.

Ray is a good communicator when it comes to explaining how to take a spoonful of food and let it dissolve in the mouth... down to being just particles... How utterly energizing it becomes then! how the body then can be free to choose to eat, once a week, or whenever, but no longer be chained to ideas of portions, or calories, or such old-world ideas even as supplements, vitamins, minerals.. wow.

He is also someone with no judgement against others... regardless of how they choose to eat. i love that about him, and his videos. there is a lot one can learn... these days i recall being a child, and sitting in a meadow, sipping the nectar from the rosy slips of clover, and feeling so sustained by that!

of course, this was the era of soft white bread, and my pockets were filled with white breads 'pills' that i had rolled out of slices of the bread. ....
two worlds were finding a way to exist simultaneously, peaceably.
:)
