A very good juice that is loaded with nutrients that you could drink any time of the day is 1 apple, 1 carrot and 1 rib of celery.
One that we love to drink periodically is 1 orange, 1 apple, and a few rings of pineapple (from the can). My husband really loves a few strawberries, 1 banana and 1 apple .... I think that one is his favorite.
We experimented with other recipes, but must admit that some of them were down right awful. Don't forget that you can make very refreshing drinks that are lower in calorie than the straight juice -- just add 1/4 cup of your juiced fruits and/or vegetables to a large drinking glass, add ice, fill with club soda and stir. This is a great way to get the benefit of the juicer without all the calories and it really is good.
