Epsom Salt baths can help restore magnesium. Bananas are high in magnesium. (for cramps) We need salts also to keep electrolytes in balance. After a fast I had homemade chicken broth and added natural salt and it seemed to make me feel better. Dandelion tea also helped me. Gently stretching muscles and massage (gentle) might help. Sitting for 10 or 15 minutes in the sun makes my muscles feel better.
