Trying to lose weight. Finally have the time necessary to focus on weight loss. There has been too many years that I workout/eat right and only lose a few pounds because my body is too stressed.
I going to focus the rest of June Tea 'fasting'. The word fasting is used loosely. This is basically a liquid diet. I'll be drinking teas and even some broth.
Currently I weigh 231 lbs and I hope to get down to 200 lbs by the end of the month. Part of me wants to lose more that that. But realistically planning to lose 31 lbs in 23 days is as much as I can do.
