Listen to Hanna Bentonite and psyllium are sometimes difficult to take and can give you very bad constipation. You really need to take them apart from a meal and drink loads of water. I couldn't tolerate taken them and you don't want them if you are gluten intolerant.

If you are gluten and dairy intolerant and suffer from bloating and over fermentation you should look into a low fermentation diet. This means that some fruits are tolerable while other aren't. Low fermentation fruits are bananas, blueberries, cantaloupe, grapes, oranges, pineapple, raspberries' and others. Fruits such as apples, dates and figs should be avoided.

If you want to learn more look into FODMAPS (Fermentable Oligo-Di-Monosacchaides and Polyols).
