Let’s say I come home after a bar fight with a black eye and bruised knuckles.
After the first time, I might be able to say “That other guy bumped into me and then shoved me ….so he started the fight”
But if every time I go to a bar, I get into a fight …. eventually it should dawn on me that the fights are likely my fault.
Why do I keep getting in fights? Am I doing something that keeps setting people off?
But you write this:
“ But the only reason I end up arguing with people, is they start getting snarky, irate, abrasive, abusive, and vicious “
You are essentially saying that all of humanity keeps doing things to cause you to get into arguments with them.
There is a pretty good chance that your behaviour and attitude are at root of it.
In a nutshell, it boils down to your excessive need to be “right” every single time. ,
What causes that need? A large ego and no self-awareness.
But you are literally killing your self by constantly arguing with people.
Constant arguing 'increases premature death risk'
“But she added that people who were always or often involved in conflicts were at greatest risk,”
