White Stuff

Ok, I'm 2 wks into iodine, up to 150mg/day... this morning was my 3rd day oil pulling with coconut oil.

I volunteered for a non-profit thing this morning that required us to wear face masks... it's no big deal but if you've worn face masks for an extended time, the moisture doesn't escape from your nose as quickly and you end up having watery stuff in your nose.

I've done this hundreds of time so I didn't think much when I felt moisture in my nose. When I got home, looked in the mirror and it was tons of mucous with WHITE STUFF in it, never seen that before. People didn't see it because of my face mask but I must have looked pretty strange. Looked at my tongue and it was all white, never seen that since I've done iodine, and get this, the white stuff smells like the Bromide I've been smelling in the toilet bowl.

Needless to say I will keep this up but just want to know if anyone experienced this before. Tweet
