I'm only 10 days into this but I suspect the reason I have had relatively few detox problems because I drink a lot of salt water, 3-4 times than the recommended 1/2 tsp/day.
I had been adjusting to my new low carb diet and one thing that was able to keep my palpitations away was drinking a lot of salt/potassium water and taking Magnesium.
Matter of fact the palpitations were the first problem with the low carb diet, the extreme fatigue is the second, bigger problem that caused me to be supplementing with Iodine.
Anyway, I've been so used to drinking a lot of salt water with Apple Cider Vinegar every day. ACV is great for tricking your tastebuds into thinking it's some kind of salty lemonade. It's even more drinkable if you make it warmer or colder too.
