Thx. I had a weird history with this. Although the allergists couldn't find anything with the tests, the ENT that treated me for 7 years said it must be allergy because when he gave me claritin/allegra, nasonex and some other sprays, I got better. He was just rotating them to make sure my body didn't build up tolerance.. It worked OK for a year and every thing back to the way it was again.

The only thing that helps is the mucous thinner. The nasonex does work if I stop for a year and use it for a few days, that' s it.

Interestingly, I've been on Lugols for 10 days now and the frequency of having to that Guafeinessen is a little less. Don't know for sure. But then again, I was having so many sinus discharge problems due to only being on the low carb diet for 5-6 weeks, it could be a transition thing.

But I like the fact that you guys on here, keep tweaking things and not resigned to what the docs tell you. I kinda gave up on my problems years ago. But now I'm reminded to fight again. I'll check out turmeric and other stuff you mentioned..

I think if I keep my diet clean and supplment with the right nutrients, things will definitely help. Thx again. Tweet
