The very first thing I would do, is to stop taking wheat. (read the book 'The dark side of wheat') This may be the main reason why you are having so much problems with digestion. You probably now have a leaky gut as a result of this.
When you have a leaky gut, your barrier against undigested foods and bacteria get into your blood system. The gates are open and all sorts bad things such as yeast (candida) will also get in. Yours symptoms of foggy brain and severe tiredness suggest this.
I also suggest you now take lots of water (filted if possible) At least 10 glasses of water each day. You will also need to add unrefined salt (not table salt ) You may be very deficient in salt, another reason why you are so tired. To boost your electrolytes (for energy and increase your trace minerals)add unrefined salt such as Celtic salt or Himalayan salt. Google 'Your bodies many cries for water' by F Batmanghelidj.
