Re: Hyperthyroid, autoimmune, Adrenal Exhaustion

Ummm, I was bed ridden 3 months ago, severe orthostasis, depression, anxiety, hair loss, low BP, suicidal, you know the drill. Only reason I chose HC is because it can't be any worse then Bed-Ridden man!

Now I can walk 2-3 miles, lift light weights, do some yoga, sit in the sun for a bit, drive 100 miles, hang with friends, have 1-2 beers, smoke a bit of "Indica", and laugh and joke. I am at like 40% or so. Sleep is still bad though. Sleep will be the last thing to come.

The main side effect with HC is thinning skin, loss of muscle, a bit of nausea if I skip a meal. That's it. Nothing too serious. Of course once I get better, the tappering off will be a bitch, but I would say to myself why bother living if your are bed-ridden? That was what helped me realize that no supplement or diet was enough. HC is not for everyone, but I was at stage 3D, no questions asked.
