first of all I want to thank you the way you answered my question so far as my diet. I take a glass of warm water adding a table spoon of olive oil and honey and half teaspoon of lemon juice.than i take a wheat chapati with a cup of skimmed milk adding some honey.After 3 hours i take juice of carrot,cucumber and 1 beat root.now carrot is not vailable so i add bottle gourd which is knwnas li it is from pumpkin family. At lunch I take 1 chapati with some cook vegetables like low key pumpkin etc. Later on I take 1 cup of green tea in the evening and after this at diner chapati with cooked leg. At bed time some milk and honey. Some homeopathic mess milk whistle vitamin bccomplex tabs twice daily.
One bowel movement sometimes minor blood streak with stools bt no bleeding. Only concern is quick weight loss. Bud u plz give ur skype id so that v can talk.
