UT fasting can be beneficial no doubt, but I believe it is the fasting rather than the UT that is bringing benefits.
May I ask what you juiced during your juice fast? Of course juice fasting ALONE is not likely to resolve your issues. You need to adress what makes you sick, and this is not the lack of juices.
Most probiotic pills are useless anyway. I suggest instead homemade goat milk kefir, much cheaper and FAR more beneficial in terms of fighting pathogens, and repopulating the gut with good bacterias.
