You may become irritable for a day or so, your senses will be much sharper, your thinking will be sharper and after a few more days you may have intense food cravings that you can control, but you will marvel at the vivid smells of food.
It gets a bit easier as you go on. One thing to find out is how much energy you have or do not have. Take everything slower, pace yourself and you will be OK.
If you want more energy sit in a bath each day before bathing and rub fresh urine into all your skin from a cup, it really works, it does not smell if washed off with water. Old urine can smell quite a bit after washing. Rub in well.
