yeah my doses are spaced...
7 drops first thing in the morning....two hours later another 7 drops.....three hours later another 7 drops and two hours later another 8 drops making roughly about 100mg of 21/2% Lugols ..i then take all the companion nutrients in the evening ...dts y im still suprised...
