How to get rid of sinus congestion in lungs/chest?

So I had a sinus infection and it settled into my chest/lungs. I can't talk long without coughing. I'm coughing and sneezing up disgusting green mucus.

Getting it out doesn't seem to be the problem. Just getting rid of it completely is. Any suggestions? I considered the Master-Cleanse but did some searching and saw a few people post they did it for 10+ days and it didn't help. Tweet
