Now I've upped my Iodine intake to 100mg my Lugols bottle is detaining rapidly. What with companion supps, healthy eating etc. I'm looking for a cheaper way to get my iodine. Anyone got any decent sites in the UK what's I can get some. My last bottle was 15gbp and that lasts me about half a month.
