Re: Day 1 accomplished into day 2

You have a good idea about eating the vegetables and fruits. That type of diet (called a Raw diet) makes you lose weight pretty fast because fruit and vegetables don't have too many calories -would be hard to eat more than 1200 calories in a day I think. Also, alot of vitamins. So I hope this works for you. I would also do this while intermittant fasting called the Warrior Diet which is eating anything you want for a 4 to 5 hour period (from say 3pm to 7 or 8pm) and the rest of the time you water fast. And if you did the Raw food thing during this time -I think you'd lose weight pretty fast. I have an easy time doing this because I'm not hungry in the morning or afternoon. So I only eat from 4 to 9pm and that helps me not gain since my last water fast(and sometimes lose weight) so with combining Warrior Diet with Raw food diet would be a good idea (and when not trying to lose weight you can add cream of wheat, oatmeal cereal and occasionally whatever craving you have, in moderation of course) and I limit myself to one glass of coke, I glass milk, 1/2 glass juice a day -during not fasting hours. This isn't exactly how the warrior diet works -you'd have to get the book, but it's how I apply it. The author mentions exercise which I'm not a big fan of lifting weights and such. But I do walk since I don't have a car and taking care of kids keeps me busy and housework.
