You seem to be all over the place in your diet and alternate day fasting but you're not providing enough detail to make it clear what your intake is.
I don't do ADF but when I eat poorly combined meals (sauces,etc) I have a better time of it when I eat green salad with it.
It makes sense to drink water on your off days but not caffeine or other "medicinal" or toxic beverages. It also makes sense to eat healthy foods such as fruits and raw vegetables on your "on" days even if you eat processed foods as well. Fresh and raw is what your body wants and is probably crying out for.
