That is what I also read in a fasting article. It said fasting results in "less loose skin".
I am worried about that too. I also read that if you have stretch marks you are more likely to get loose skin after losing lots of weight.
I have like 100 lbs to lose, and was wondering if it's worth it if I am going to be left with loose skin? What do you think?
Or if I should fast, or do intense exercise like boxing to tone up and that will result in less loose skin?
