Thank you. Oops, I forgot about the vitamin C. Is eating a lot of fruit & drinking orange juice enough, or is it best to supplement too? Is it Ascorbic Acid that we should be taking? Is this the correct stuff:

Do you know what the recommended daily amount is? The above brand says 1/2 teaspoon is 2.25g.
