Re: Where to start?

I second Harmonic's Cod Liver Oil suggestion. It's a total Godsend when you have horrible period cramping/clotting & excessive bleeding. Wombat has posted many links on the benefit of cod liver oil & Vitamin A for female ailments and I have taken it ever since. It's fantastic!

I started supplementing magnesium citrate years ago for anxiety and insomnia. It helped calm the nervousness, but Iodine was the final kicker. Once I started Iodine supping I wasn't insomniac anymore. Between the two, I don't feel anxiety at all anymore. Once I started Iodine I slept deeper and didn't need as much sleep either. Hopefully you will see the same benefits from it. The best benefit of iodine to me is the warming up. My body always ran about 96.3 degrees. I am warm all the time now. No more cold hands and feet and I don't freeze all the time. My hubby is happy as well, since I don't stick my freezing feet on him in bed anymore to warm up!

Best advice I have ever read here on curezone is that it's taken the body a long time to get to this unhealthy stage, & it will take a while to get completely healthy again. Don't give up hope, but be patient while the body heals.

Oh and by the way, Welcome to the Iodine board. Glad to have you join us!
