Where to start?
Hello,
I was directed to this forum by a lovely forum member & hope somebody can offer me some guidance. I'm female & 30 years old. My symptoms are:
Dry, thinning hair & hairloss every day
Cold hands & feet
Terrible memory
Hot flashes
Heat intolerance
Nervousness
Social anxiety/shyness
I'm tall & thin & only seem to gain weight in my belly & face (face looks bloated compared to the rest of me)
Eyes seem further back in my head (probably because my face is bloated)
Mood swings
Dental problems
Have to have at least 8 hours sleep or I feel terrible
Anxiety/panic attacks
Agoraphobia
Periods usually on time but clotty
PMS (painful breasts, mood swings, etc)
Asthma (although, not had an attack for years now)
I'm new to Iodine, a complete beginner in fact. I'm not sure which solution I should be buying & from where? I'm in the UK (Health Leads (12%), eBay (3% & 7%), Jcrows, etc?). How many drops would I need to take per day (& at what times) & what other changes would you recommend (selenium, magnesium, etc?).
Are these the right supplements I should be taking?

I'm tired of feeling terrible all the time & just want my 'old self' back.
I don't drink alcohol. I quit smoking 19 months ago. I quit junk food & all sugars just over a week ago. My diet now consists of lots of fruits (lots of high vitamin C ones), vegetables, green smoothies (spinach, fruits & bee pollen), nettle leaf tea, peppermint tea, water, lemon water, chicken, meat, eggs, brown rice, wheat-free bread, etc. I don't eat dairy. I'm not on any medication/supplements (besides bee pollen).
