You may need quite a bit more salt! Please listen to this audio. Besides talking about iodine, Dr Flechas covers the high importance of salt on kidney function. Salt is needed by the kidneys to squeeze the toxins OUT. The water is good for flushing the kidneys, but they won't release stored toxins if they do NOT have an adequate amount of the sodium they need to do the job right!
Also, these two websites are good...I know I've read that you should have 1/4 tsp of Seasalt for every quart of water your body consumes. Personally, I use this brand.
