You've made an excellent choice in using the sauna as it will aid your kidneys plus all other ellimination systems to rid your body of toxins. I have been doing things for a healthier body too and find that if I don't do my sauna, there is pain in my kidneys and liver and I think it is because of toxin overload and the kidneys and liver are having to work too hard. The sweating from the sauna helps the process.
