So, let me get this straight, oregano oil and Grapefruit-Seed-Extract kill good bacteria in the gut as well?
Oh no! I have primal defense by garden of life which are HSO's and they replenish good bacteria in the gut, I was taking fungal defense the last 11 days or so but wasn't able to stick to the 3x a day plan... I missed doses. I don't take pills and so this regimen was a challenge for me.
So tonight I'm back on the 14 day fungal defense plan and I really love this garden of life product because it has oregano oil, garlic, enzymes that eat candida cell walls, yucca juice, cinnamon, among other things.
This product seems to be the A-lister of anti-candida.
but now you guys are saying this is killing good bacteria in my gut. Is that so?
