may i add that the studying is good, the pre-cleansing is good, but the real learning comes from taking iodine. getting started is the most important thing. dont stop doing it and dont stop with iodine. it is essential, but its not the whole farm. maybe the front 40 acres of it, right next to oxygen and water.
