Well it gradually improved over the years.
Ten years ago , it would totally incapacitate me for days. I still have bouts of fatigue now but no where near as bad.
Then I developed ulcerative colitis 5 years ago which set me right back, probably from a stressful period and not so good diet and 20 years of mercury accumulation.
I've improved nutrition a lot since I've been able to research these things on CZ and the internet in the last few years. Of course exercise like qigong helps when I do enough of it regularly and the Iodine and other minerals definately helped
